Free Cancellation Window
Guests who cancel their reservation more than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, with no cancellation fee. This applies to all room types and booking categories. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. We recommend reviewing your booking confirmation for the exact cancellation deadline applicable to your reservation.
Moderate Cancellation (7–14 Days)
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee to cover costs associated with holding the reservation and potential loss of booking opportunity. Guests in this window are encouraged to contact us directly — in some cases, we may be able to offer a date change instead of a cancellation.
Late Cancellation (Less Than 7 Days)
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. The full amount of the reservation will be retained. We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers last-minute cancellations.
No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount is non-refundable in this case. If you anticipate arriving significantly later than the expected check-in time, please notify us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements. Late arrivals will be accommodated wherever possible.
Early Departure
If a guest chooses to depart before the scheduled check-out date, no refund will be issued for unused nights unless the early departure is due to circumstances within our control (such as a significant property issue). We encourage guests to raise any concerns with our team during their stay so we can address them promptly and ensure a comfortable experience.
Modifications to Bookings
Requests to modify the dates of an existing reservation are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days before the original check-in date. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new dates. If the new dates carry a higher nightly rate, the difference will be charged. If the new dates are at a lower rate, we will issue a credit for a future stay rather than a refund.
Special Packages & Promotions
Reservations made under special promotional rates, seasonal packages, or non-refundable rate plans are subject to stricter cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking. These bookings are typically non-refundable and non-modifiable. Please review the specific terms of your rate plan before confirming your reservation.
Force Majeure
In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond either party's control — such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or a declared public health emergency — Himgiri will offer affected guests the option to reschedule their stay within 12 months at no additional charge. Refunds in force majeure situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations requested via email will be acknowledged within 24 hours, and a formal cancellation confirmation will be issued once processed.
